Nous vous informons que suite aux mesures communiquées par l’OFSP et le canton de Fribourg pour endiguer la propagation du coronavirus (COVID-19) en Suisse, beaucoup de nos opératrices et employés sont en isolement ce qui impacte fortement la cadence de notre production et le fonctionnement habituel de notre activité.
Il nous sera donc impossible de vous transmettre des confirmations de commandes avec des délais de livraison exacts vu que le nombre d’opératrices en production restera aléatoire durant ces prochaines semaines par manque de solution de garde d’enfants ou par quarantaine.
Notre ligne téléphonique ne sera plus accessible depuis midi le 16.03.2020, toute demande devra se faire par email comme suit :

Dear Customers,
We inform you that based on the measures communicated by the Federal Office of Public Health in Switzerland (FOPH) and the canton of Fribourg in order to bring the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak to an end as quickly as possible in Switzerland, many of our operators and employees are in isolation which has a significant impact on our production rate and the normal functioning of our activity.
It will therefore be impossible for us to send you the order confirmations with exact delivery dates since the number of staff in our production site will remain uncertain for the next few weeks due to the schools and crèches shutting down or in quarantine.
